Orders of $100 or above qualify for free Standard Shipping; for orders below $100 Standard Shipping will be charged at $12.

Most orders will ship within 3-7 business day. Standard Shipping may take an additional 2 business days to process. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays.

Returns

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens We offer a simple change of mind returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from Geelongdancesupplies.com.au. If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund

The above policy is in addition to Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantee return policy on defected products. Refunds will only be issued to original form of payment with proof of purchase

Exceptions to Change of Mind Policy:

• In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Geelong Dance Supplies Return Policy

• Geelong Dance Supplies will accept returns of products that have been “tried on,” but the Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment). Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credit.
